Loool, That's what I call "Kacsi-Labood" syndrome.....

I can stand outside and listen 2 my next door neighbor's dog barking, if am gagging 4 a disturbing voice. The woman looks like a “Dead man walking” and sounds like a broken record with her usual rhythm....
