You can come to central take a tour bus learn about the history of the UK and see the sites, try take a photo of you next to the Big Ben when you can actually see the face of the clock. Get on a boat ride on the Thames and get a birds view of the city while on the London Eye. Visit Canary Wharf and see the hustle and bustle of the largest financial district in Europe.

There is loads of shopping to do in London from Oxford Street to Westfield..and when you are at Westfield stop at Blue Ocean - Somali restaurant (I think its carp) then go to Hammersmith and try the Village (another Somali restaurant; we can compare notes, I think Village is better)

From there go uptown to the West end and watch a musical or a play. Or you could go to North or wherever and sit down at the local marfish (sp) Or West and smoke shisha or just crash a random wedding.

Either way I'm sure you'll have a jolly good time
