Add the Dhullo's to that list aswell even though they dont believe in the concept of somaliland they are from that region so lets give them the option and let them decide whether to join or not. Plus some of Isaaqs on their are not all pro-independence for somaliland but share the same miss givings as the Dhullo camp.
