My Daughter

I have a 9 month old baby daughter. She is beautiful and the joy of my life but my daughter cries so much it drives me crazy. I can't seem to do any chores around the house because my daughter loves attention, as soon as i tend to get up she like always starts to cry. I don't know, maybe it's because i gave her to much attention at her earlier months that now she is to attached. I want to do a lot for myself like go out and find a job but my daughter is holding me back. She cries during the day, she cries during the night. Any suggestions on how i can coop with this?

Children at that age need to be affirmed that once you leave their sight that you will return. The reason she is crying is because shes doesnt know if ur coming back or not.
So maybe you should leave her for 3 mins and come back...next day 5 mins and come back...and keep doign that with small increases...she'll eventually learn.

p.s. Do you have family around? the father?

Abdi.....You won't understand until you have a child of your own. Are you not comprehending that i want to do more for myself and my daughter is holding me back. After all she is my first daughter and it's hard for me to get used to the fact that my life changed.

And to the nalia i will try to follow your advise.Thank you, may god bless you but no, the father isn't around and my family doesn't live around here.

Yes, i'm married and The father is a truck driver, so he comes home but isn't around most of the time.

I moved from the place my family was staying at. My mother lives in somalia and my father passed away ( may allah have mercy on him). My sister in law lives here but she has her own kids to worry about.

Cawar, like i said before adoption is not an option. Idk why you people think that i'm complaining, i'm most definatly not complaining. I'm here for advise so if you can't give me advise please exit the page. Thank you
