failing to collect tax is not so much an issue, i know it could benefit the locals a great deal but where is the master minds who can implement these tax systems?

what we should be worried about is protecting this non-renewable oil and gar reserves offshore to Kismaayo and Raskambooni, Jubbaland officials and politicians definitely need to get involved, this is treason committed by the paper government TFG
