Al shabab has no shame whatsoever. Back in the day when they were fighting to liberate the country from eithopian occupation everyone supportted them. The eithopians have been kicked out. So what's the problem Can't they not lay down their arms and join the somali government in promoting stability, law and order. Haven't these hoodlums see enough bloodshed over the past 18 years.

the problem with this scenerio is who is going to fill the vacuum if shabaab leave; ethiopia, kenya, tfg, pl&sl, warlords. looking at it through this prizm, you will realize there are no good options in somalia. they seem to be the only option that is united at the moment, more so than the so called tfg, who are just pocketing donors money.
