ONLF has spread it's operations into the most northward of somali regions (Shiniile), recent ONLF millitary engagement around this region has resulted in the sacking of vice-president of the Somali regional state Hassan Riyaale (an Issa from Shiniile zone), apparently one the most despicble policies of this regime is that clan (civilians) and politicians from a region are held account for anything that happend in their region of origin (including security and millitray issues).
In the south/eastern wards ONLF has conducted successfull millitary engagements in Afdheer zone (an area of little operation previously), this region inhabited most by sub-clan of the Ogaden clan have for sometime fall into the false promise of tigray regime and where neutral in most of the part last two decades, however ONLF is now largely active in most areas of this region.
The only remaining region in which ONLF did not have a major millitary presence is Liben zone (predominently Garre/Degodia inhabited), I know discusion were underway between ONLF officials and representatives from this region in creating a millitary presence for the ONLF, based on initially planning, operations were to begin late last year Nov/Dec but due delay in the logistic side of the operation has postponed it.
Do you still want me to answer the earlier question..........lol
