Ofcourse they are murtaddin who have left the religion because a khariji cannot be muslim.The prophet PBUH told us what to do with khariji which is to cutt his throat. He pbuh said: if i were to meet khawarij i would surely kill them like the people of Thamud.
Inshallah the maxkamadah will fight them and will show no mercy to them for they were warned many times.
