He is a typical beer drinking American dumbass cop. But that little girl is fockin stupid as well for cussing so much and threatening to sue the guy while her dad was on the floor unconscious. I am just surprised at how freakin comfortable she sounded and not panicky at all like a normal person would get where their parents are in a state of danger.
