COSTA.

Why?

1. comes from a nearly-extinct clan, doesn't discriminate unfairly towards some clans, even hates his reer abti
2. non-religious, so he won't take part in the sufi/salafi wars and persecute people based on religion
3. pro-ethiopian :up: :som:
4. opposed to free speech restrictions on this forum
5. he's not from gedo and doesn't know anyone from there
