Almost Somali independence day

Postby AhlulbaytSoldier » Mon Jun 22, 2009 5:23 pm

Iam wondering about those who go to festivals and wave somali flag like we have a country.
The reality on the ground shows different picture:
Ethiopians and eritreans are using somalia as a battlefield for their wars, soon amxaaro and kenya will be invading the country and divide this country amongst each ohers since the owners failed to govern themselves.
Besides them,we have the arab extremists who wants forcily convert somalis to wahabism and use the country as their base.
The capital is a shitty place.
Somali on somali conflicts still hasnt ended. Also there is a renewed aideed-ali mahdi war in the two persons aweys and sh sharif.
Punaniland hates this ´´unity government, somaliland have long time said FAREWELL.

WTF is there to celebrate?

Instead of celebrating, make it a place of meeting to pray for the homeland.

there hasn't been anything to celebrate since 1988

so thats 21 years of war

Somalia has been independent since 1960, so thats 49 years

21/49 = 43%

43% OF Somali History after the colonial rule has been war, refugee making, distrust/division, and anarchy

we shouldn't even be celebrating fake independence days and whatnot to begin with.

somalia is the same as it was before this so-called "independence" -- a jahiliyyah and primitive land and nothing has changed. when it becomes and islamic nation that fully adheres to the law of allah swt, then, and only then, can we have something to celebrate.

Italy and Great Britain should've delayed granting Somalis independence for couple of decades since some population were still uncivilized and still held their animist beliefs.

nomadicwarlord,

the Italians and British should have left us as a Somali Monarchy with the Kingdom of Majertenia given the mandate to rule all the savage skinnies. The white man has made us equal with the peasants like Hutuking and duceysane and for that I curse the white man.
