Ok i am posting this english version of the puntland constitution for those kids out there who can't read somali. You can read the new constitution that has been passed in parliament, and been ratified by mp's...and is effective in puntland as we speak...

So no excuses for the young ones who say "I can't read somali therefore i don't know what Puntland Government System is All about".
