A Very Interesting Question..

Postby MySTeRy_MR » Tue Jul 07, 2009 4:28 am

A very interesting question. I would like to know how people would go about it if the below problem would happen to them.

You have a baby at hospital and you are over the moon with happiness. A year passes on and the baby is growing up and teething and is just starting to walk.

You then receive a phone call from the hospital where the baby was born saying that there has been a mix up with your and someone else’s baby. You then have a DNA test which proves that the baby isn’t yours and they locate your biological son/daughter.

How would you react to the news and what would you do..?

Putting all reactions aside, the best thing in this case would be to forget that Year and get ur real baby .... the baby is only 1 year old... its not like its able to remember alot..... it would be a different case it if was 5 years old or even 10 lol....

loooolz.. ok.. fair point.. but maybe the father wouldn't be as attached to the baby as the mother.

lets see what the girls think on this one..

it would break my heart, the worst thing a mother could happen to apart from losing the child comepletly, which is like losing your child anyway. but i have to be honest if i was told that, the first thing i would think of is baby biological baby, not the one i have-ofcourse i would be sad knowing this child that i've grown and loved is not mine and will be taken away, but all i would think of would be my biological baby and how it was treated, and who she/he lived with all this time and if they ok. if they've been abused etc etc!
