The Gorgor, Duufaan and Danab brigades of the Ogaden National Liberation Army (ONLA) conducted a coordinated military operations in response to increased harassment and war crimes being committed by the Ethiopian Army in the regions of Qorahay( Qabri daharre), Jarar (Dhagaxbuur) and Jigjiga, killing 90 soldiers and wounding more than 100 others. In those operations more than 6 Urals military vehicles were destroyed. In addition, the ONLA captured 67 AK47 assault rifles and 6 heavy machine guns and large stock of ammunition. The causalities on the ONLA side were minimal.
