Well actually the 72 hour el ain,
in janna are not motivation enough.
Only non muslims with little knowledge of the religion, and westernized
people of muslim birth also with little knowledge of islam would presume this.
I myself believe in the fruits of heaven as stated in the quran and hadith,
but i wouldnt go about blowing myself up.
The west is horrified and is at total loss as to what can be a motivations of these people, but its very clear.
Its Humiliation.!
The muslim world is just plain fucced up, and the arab countries even more so.This is becuase they havent recovered from colonialism, and its after effects, and also becuase arabic states are no longer a source of pride for a large number of people but are seen by them as an unbearable shame.
These terrorists are finding so many recruits because basically, arab countries, are weak, lack honour, cannot defend themselves or thier interests and are tied to the whim of the west and even thier mortal enemy isreal.
for example
the King of Saudi arabia fahad who is now a senile old coot,
spent the best of years spending 10s of millions in Monte carlo's
gambling dens and countless number of the most expensive prostitutes.
Let alone that the title "King" is blasphemous, he is now the Custodian of
the Holy places. If this makes the average muslim upset, it makes others go insane with rage.
The average arab is ashamed to be an egyptian, a Syrian or a Saudi
he knows that this is becuase of thier leaders, who are incompetent , and immoral, but they also know that those rulers, are backed by the west, because the west is afraid of what new power structures would arrive that would be outside thier control.
Sadly a case of "Better the enemy you know".
A somali is naturally proud even to the point of arrogance becuase we have been free for most of our history, but
arabs have been ground to dust by thier own dictators,
its no wonder the terorists find plenty of recruits, who are too ashamed to
want to remain living, and death is a blessed release that is all the more better if it allows them to take a few kaafirs with them.
