Solution: Less Military Major policing and Intelligence.S

Postby Bicir100 » Sun Aug 09, 2009 10:59 am

Puntland need major policing and intelligence Service, Like egypt and saudi. Infact we should have so many agents and police that people would have to leave puntland to have a private conversation. This is the concept of every successful state.
Instead P.I.S is shut down, we are building up gigantic military army, What FOR IF THE ENEMY IS INSIDE????
Farooles adminstration DRASTIC changes Are Needed
