I am the chairwoman of Non-Maakhiris For Maakhir and I have a quick question for OldEnglish, Sultan of Maakhir. What are the borders of Maakhir in the Western Bari region?
Maakhir Coast extends past Bosaaso however due to Puntlands control over the port the State/Warsangeli militias dont really see a threat now (2006 the road blocks).
Maakhir includes all the major towns of Western Bari ( Carmo, Galgale, Majiyahan ect.) and the entire highway route of Bari (all the towns bordering the-Laag, Karin, Ceel Doofar ect- Highway are Warsangeli)
