Do you keep a journal/diary?

I stopped writing it in the 10th grade, I discovered that two family members use to read it religiously...I am still embarrassed even though it is been more than 10 years ago. :oops:

Thats my stance as well but I do know a number of skinnies who keep journals. My thing is I can remember whats important no need to write it down. Call me old school but I see journals/diaries as a teenage female thing.

I DO!! but I've had mine since 1999. And I make entries every 4 or 5 months, I write like 4 or 5 pages updating on my status in life and what I plan to do in the next 4 or 5 months.

I had that journal for like 10 years now and trust me, it's good to write. Cuz you can later look back, remember, and sometimes laugh! :mrgreen:

Not really, my diary/journal is based on my life outside of Somalinet. I talk about work, school, friends...My accomplishments, my goals... It may sound weird but once I read my journal, it keeps me focused...

1ce every month i write down events and importent moments, and how i felt during that moment.
