yes he has an accent that shows he isnt native but his accent is very clear and shows he is well versed in the grammer.

by the way there is standard arabic which is newspsaper, news and modern books and there is traditional arabic which caled: arabia torathiya which quranic and earliest literature or athabel arabi.

somalis whom learned arabic through religion speak the later one and it`s correct one but most modern arab scholers speak standard one for their lectures.
