does this thing actual fly?

First of all,what i have noticed is that kind of work isnt a proffessional work,waxeyba i soo xasuusiyeen alaabalaabeydi aan ku ciyaari jiray during my childhood in late 80s.lol

but seriously,in order for a helicopter or rocket to fly successfully,you need the co-ordination of many skilled engineers specifically astronautical,machanical and electrical engineers which i dont see here.

Second,why do they have to paint that regional flag,another istustus iga dheh.
