Mayor of Galkayo says that Puntland was to blame

The mayor of Galkayo who also happens to be a member of Galmudug federal Governmnet has spoken out and said that puntland was to blame.
He pointed out that puntland was attempting to destabilise Galmudug state to stave off and prevent UN officials and the international NGO's to desert Galmudug and to thwart Galmudug's image as a peaceful state. The Mayor Galmudug ended by giving a warning to Faroole and he's puntland administration to end their negative ways before its too late 8-)
