West africans don't need to go gym there born with muscles :lol: I have seen a programme about child slavery in ghana and them kids were built maybe the fufu they eat :lol:

West Africans are born brawny, they're some lucky motherfukers. The rest of the world need at least a 2 year long workout split training regiment 5 times a week to reach the level of an untrained 15 year old West African kid.

^Yhh they are born with fast twitch fibers in their body while we (east africans) have low twitch fibers in our body.
