I work habeenkii and my shift ends in the morning at 6am

About a week ago i started using nyquil to knock me out to sleep, maybe am getting addicted to that crap.

Yo i really do need help, today i went home 6am, slept at 7am, woke up around 815am and couldn't go back to sleep.
So i got pissed off and took quick shower then went to town for no reason at all.
Got back home 3pm+ and fell asleep from 4pm to 9pm.

I have been like this for a couple of days now and i really dont know what to do about it.
I thought about getting sleeping pills but then again i dont want to be hooked on them like
those who cant sleep without them.

I recommend you get vasaline and get rid of that excess biyo which is stopping you from falling sleep.

One thing i forgot to mention was that i have been drinking alot of tea before i go to sleep so could that be it?
