A Ugandan MP is raising funds to send virgins to university for free.

Only girls in Kayunga district who pass a virginity test will qualify for the bursary, which will start next year.

The Question is who'll conduct the Virginity Test and How will it be done?

chilli----I read the whole article somewhere. It's an attempt to reduce the number of women getting infected with AIDS...You can't make an african close his/her legs so they are giving incentives.

chilli---It's no secret that lots of arabs & other societies that stictly separates women & men engage in homosexual behavior. Another contributing facror is the bridewealth expected from the man's. A whole lot of people would have been married if arabs families didn't sell their girls to the highest bidder..Somalis don't have this problem which is why we have less people practicing homo-ness. I'm no anthroplogist, but it's very clear to see these differences.
