Shiekh Faraban 8-) bans the use of [light] plastics bags and the cutting of trees in the region. It looks the leadership there is taking a page from the Shabab book. :up:

Dionysis for some reason cabudwaq is neglected by diaspora... wallahi it has so much potential, and is starting to bloom. I think this law is a pioneer in Somali enviromental problems :up:
