abdiwahab is the type of guy zuilkha is talking about; manipulative, crude, insecure. goes around penetrating these innocent, miskiin, qaxooti girls and comes to snet to brag about it. but i like to look at it another way. if she is low enough to go for that, i mean cheesy lines about money and power, then she is not worth it. that is why recommandations are highly encouraged in this type of environment

Adeer AW has seen the hot chick that i now rock  :som:
I am a good looking skinny but so many dumb biicths rejected me when i was young, broke and naive.

Most of these women want men with money and are not paiteint enough to give a naive farah who's still a student a chance.
They are not willing to build up the farah but want the whole package in one, fcuk these ones, most of them are still single by the time they reach their 30s

with this new breed of xalimos throwing themselves at every guy, the old days of farax pursing girls in respectable manners are over and good girls sitting at home waiting for mr. right to come calling have quite an obstacle to overcome...stay strong ladies its hard out there...but stay strong, stay proud.

conclusion from my recent observations..

kow, meeshana sidi dhiqsiga aye kaga so galgalayan saanka nimaanka...different women different issues.
 u in the land of plenty huh?

but even with that huuno, let's talk about how a growing number of xalimoz have been behaving lately, resorting to shameful tactics to get the faraxs...sometimes i think it's not really about end game here but the game itself....

FAH,

U are SNET's Librarian
  ya'know

But I completely agree with him, I was startled to find the close knit bonds of other minority groups in our area. The Indians and Russian's for example, I swear instead of their children going to New Year parties at clubs and drinking, they hold their own celebrations where they dress up in a respectable manner. It is a dinner for the young and old a like, where they all pitch in and support the university kids with prizes (laptops, gift certificates, etc) and fun games to participate in (girls and boys). Wallahi I think We need to put our act together and hold these kinds of beneficial social events together.

The Somali Community is too big for such events. If your single get your ass to the weddings, where the socially active member of the community come and dance until you drop and I promise you won't leave empty handed.

The truth of the matter is real good girls and Gentlemen, aren't the ones having a hard time finding mates. It's the ones with the bad rep.

Um, no. I don't know any Somalis in my age group. I'd like to have a relationship with a nice upstanding Somali guy to see if I'd be compatible with one. But I wouldn't know where to start looking for one, my mum doesn't even go to weddings. She goes to like two or three a year so I couldn't go with her to one. It's sad seeing as my Afghan/Iranian/Brown girlfriends all met their s/o at cultural events (they seem to attend a lot) and I've yet to hear of one such Somali event that's not Somalilander specific. I'll probably end up with a non-Somali.

PS. I'm a "good girl".

I'm from Toronto so yes there is a considerable Somali population here. I live in East York (borough) however where there aren't a lot of Somalis, most live in the West end of the city or in Scarborough. As I've said on here before most of my friends are brown/Persian/white. I had two Somali girlfriends, after months of drama, one cut the other's face and got expelled. I lost touch with the other seeing as I didn't enjoy being pulled out of class to be interrogated by police over such nonsense.
