According to the Weather Dubai today was Hovering around 95F and its March so technically if Bossasso and Dubai have the same Weather as Djibouti, than by no mean's is it only hot 2 months of the year. It should feel like hell begining May till Nov. Imagine someone from the Mountain's in Borame and how they would feel in Bossasso.

I personally only find July and August unbearable

March, April, May, June + September are perfect

5 months of minimal day light, frost and winter depression is normal to you? Most of North America and Europe is like this....

95 F with a nice breeze is doable, I sometimes even go jogging when it's that hot

First of all Majority of the US never get's really Cold and even if it did, i would choose to be in a place that is 30 to one that is 100F. Atleast in the winter you can cover yourself and still go out but 100F, what you going to do? get Naked.  Come on man, Dubai, Djibouti and Bosasso are just freaking hell most of the time. Capital city will attract from rich to poor residents and most poor wont have access to AC and thus it isnt fair.

How many of you would agree with moving the capital to Hargeisa and using the somaliland Government as an interim government? Personally, I dont see the point in flogging a dead horse, when Muqdisho is concerned. The only people who would disagree with such a measure are qabiilists. Berbera, Burco, Boosaso and Garowe could be the next major cities. Plus Northern Somalia is far more strategically place than xamar. It has the advantage of being on the red sea (a great shipping highway) as will as having the indian ocean on the east. Also there is already a sizable reer koonfur diaspora in Hargeisa and Bosaso.

Bosaaso CAN NOT FALL IN THE HANDS OF SOMALIANS. And won't we don't need Hawiyes in our city. Inshallah Bosaaso will be where Maakhir as a independent historic republic begins from the East.
