Perhaps the forum lost its attraction for them and banality made them sequester themselves in some other places that has more appealing and mind stimulating subjects. What about if some got married and because they have to balance between having fun and satisfying their soulmates made them visit less or unable to actually log on? Access to a computer can be an issue as well. If one has a computer related job, they might log on during their breaks and participate, others may have no computer at home although hard to imagine that with the proliferation of cheap computers so affordable that food-stamp collectors can buy one with their meager $ 200 monthly income from the government .

Anyway, I think the forum is not interesting intellectually. You don't feel you have gained much by visiting. The bright side is the comic characters abundant in here.

^^I don't agree with you, Hydra. They are all still here..Just using different nicks. They did get tired of posting and what not, but i'm sure they are still around. It's impossible to completely abandon Snet without atleast checking in once in a while and posting. They have just lost their touch.
