Pple are diffrent...i heard pple who insult others in their sleep...that actualy happend to a relative of mine.Allaho aclam what i have said in my sleep but according to my family they never understood what i was mumbling about.

Record it, Helwa. Just buy one of those recording devices that have an eight hour recording times (unless you're lazy and sleep for more than eight hours). Alternatively, stop sleeping in the afternoon when your family are all awake and can hear your dreamy bitching. :mrgreen:

No, I dont talk in my sleep but when Im falling asleep...its like I have truth syrum...I just say things Im not supposed to say. Its the worst time to call me (for myself) the best time when someone wants to get somethign out of me (friends, bfs, brothers etc)...thats why I keep my phone on silent.

Sleep talking is very common. It is reported in 50% of young children an about 5% of adults are reported to talk in their sleep. It occurs at the same rate in both men and women. It also appears to run in families. People who begin talking in their sleep as adults sometimes have mental problems as well. But most cases are not related to any mental disorder.
