Surely this is against international law. The USA is acting extra-judicially. This is unacceptable for the Somalia nation, they need to restore their sovereignty! Its quite embarrassing to be honest. When Somaliland recently acted against piracy from Somalia, that was a legitimate decision as the pirate were given due process and the opportunity to present their case but to be removed from somalia to the US is very shameful act both for Somalia and US for acting unilaterally on its own. This could possibly set a precedent and soon you will see India, Thai and Chinese sentencing Somali pirates in their own courts.
