Djibouti isn't even a country but a port and a military base. It shouldn't exist. It's development is rather poor with a country with stability for a long time. Very poor country.

Agree but then again its the reflection of Somalis. Have Somalis ever built a city? A nation?

I wanna say something , but then again ...naah :lol:

I think you're more Djiboutian than those kids who lived there for couple of years while in their diapers. Just before claiming asylum in Canada as Somalis from Hargeisa and Borame.

To them Djibouti was the place where their parents are from with no assets.

To you, it was the place where maids used to sniff your under wears because you were “it”.

To me, now that is a whole new ball game….

Horta waad garanaysaa baan u lalaynayaa intay xaafadii u jirtay siesta. Biilcawstii ee ciraaqiya madarasa ateeda ahayd. Walaahi when I went there last year habeenkii markay sedexda tahay ee ay bada caarido inaanad seexan karayn qadhmuunka. Saaxiibkaa baa imika degen... I couldn't believe it. Back in the day when i was a kid, the place was pretty...siesta aroortii naagaha xabshida ah ee quarter 2 ka shaqeeyaa u dabaal iman jiray. We used to wait for them whan they came back with their wet dirac. :lol: ...what a picture....
