Why do the tutsi look so much like Somalis?

I know that the DNA says they are not from the Horn but I think that has to be the result of just alot of intermarriage with the Hutu. The tutsi have their own legends that they came from southern Ethiopia. Plus they used to be pastoral nomads just like us rather than farmers like the Hutu. I think they just might be descendant from the same ancient group that we, the oromo, and afar come from.

on wikipedia it says that they have the same DNA as the hutu (which I also find hard to believe)

I'm thinking they just cherry picked certain Tutsis that had intermarried alot with the Hutu rather than pure Tutsis like Kagame and Nkunda
