i support a larger habargedir state with sacad selebaan cayr and Dir they can incoorparate the ilkayars in caabuudwaaq 2 no problem have a proper maamuul From galkacyo to the outskirts of hiraan.

If we go back to the pre-Shabaab days, I think Hiiraan will have its own admin, those xawaadles work hard, they must not be real Hutus, they have peace and schools. Once Hiiraan is built all the little hawiyes will join, then marexaan, then habar gidirs will join one by one. Beletweyn and galkacyo are the only real cities in central somalia.
