Plus am assuming the only non Al Shabab controlled district is the one the Presidential Palace which seem's to be located in the Center of the city. So my question is how the hell do the President and other's get to the airport going through Al Shabab Infested area and come back?

AMISOM controls, Madaxtooyada, Airport, and Seaport. Majority of the rest is under Shabaab.

Xisbul Islam controls area's but really they're pretty much insignificant. They get lumped with Shabaab.

Villa Somalia is in the edge of Wardhiigleey, pretty much Boondheere. I'm not certain where the airport and seaport are. I think airport is in Waberi. Ciyaal Warta would know better.
