If it's not ONLF then I think Rural is closer to the mark simply because of the geographical location

Canfar used to live in Zeila, who do you think kicked out Shaykh Samaroon from there? Shaykh Samaroon died in a far awa land from Awdal but thats history.

The point is the Canfar are opposed to Djiboutian leader Ghuelle and the Issas who were in power for a long time in Djibouti, so they will use any base to attack djibouti plus they have Gadabursi allies and evena few cise who support the ousting of Ghuelle.
