Hutuking, the TFG is a failure for many reasons but someone being part of it does not necessarily make that person a moryaan - the meaning somalis assigned to the term warlord. I am surprised you believe the TFG is a failure for the reason you have given though. If only Xamar civilian population and its business community supported the TFG then I assure you it would be a success. Al Shabab would not have a house to hide in to launch their attacks. The TFG is a failure mainly because the people in Mogadishu do not want to a government. That has always been the case. Anywhere else in Somalia a government would be welcomed.
