This is very bad news. Al shabab is letting them have some sorts of "freedom" like playing and having fun. SO that they can gain more support from the people. The want to establish themselvesin kismayo and other regions that they controll. I hope the people know what kind of evil al shabab are. They should be asking themselves, why are only the men having fun today?
