Ive noticed Somali ground is so damn dry for the most! Damn it doesnt have to be that way. It is widely known that Somalia has plenty of waters underground, why dont just build wells with all those money the Somaliland,puntland goverments get?

there are small time agricultural attemts,but such an ambitious plan would require a deep pocket.especially in the north.the south is already fertile and produces enough even with the little available resources.
