Today, I met a really nice Somali girl, I talked to her quite a bit but she suddenly introduces her qabiil which was Ogaden. So, can I have a little bit more information about Ogaden?

There is little or no useful information about it on Wikipedia. All it says is, Ogaden people are Somali that lives in eastern side of Ethiopia. Ethiopia hates them for some reasons.

Well, this is pretty much only choice if I want to have a Somali partner. All of Somali students in school are male and all of them are same qabiil as mine. There's not much to talk about it since I don't talk to each other much. Probably once a month, or even once a every three months.
