The Oil belongs to Warsangeli-MJs (some mini-hartis) and to a small extent if they get they're sh-t together Dhulbhanta. Besides that as we've learned from the civil wars, no man can control another mans land, especially when one is already taking the initiative to extract valuables in the 100s of billions.

Thats called the human food chain, its unfortunate but your at the bottom. You either co-operate or fall back 8-)

If South Sudan wants to Secede could it?

If Northen Somalia and the Holy trio cities flourish and become beacons of Khaleeji paradises than South Somalia will spite and fit. Just as your doing now. If they decide to break it off, deuces 8-)
