All those cities look good from the outside. Non of you would want to live there. The high rise buildings and all that is built by individual bussinessman. it does not translate to the status of the people in those city. Still poor.
Very true. Even those pictures are from small developed parts that are mostly built for super rich natives and tourists from rich countries. Somalia although poor has a better wealth distribution than any other African nation.

True said that is why they have been surprised by after close to 20 yrs of somalia civil war the country and the people are better off than they had anticipated.

Funny thing is Africa is poorer as compared to the 1960's
