There is a Sri Lankan community of about 1000 in Bosaso so I wouldn't be surprised if Sudanese live in Hargeisa.
Tamil, must be 100% tamil

There is a Sri Lankan community of about 1000 in Bosaso so I wouldn't be surprised if Sudanese live in Hargeisa.
Tamil, must be 100% tamil
Probably, some of them even speak Somali since they have been there for some time.

ok what the hell is people from sri lanka doing in Somalia. This is real fishy. Do they conduct business, are they married to the locals? Did the pirates strand them there. Why are they there?

Look @ cabdilahi yusuf he is sri lanke by origin or the Somaliland defence minister he is also Sri lanke By origin.

Bosaso had trading relations in Asia even before the colonial times, so I don't know why you should be that surprised. They are just a very small community, also some Malays and Indonesians there too but not many.
