War the chief of cabinet is Siilaanyos personal guard he only takes orders from Siilaanyo But i dont think Hj dominate this government Hj have 3 wasiirs , the guurti or the house of elders way before Siilaanyo became president bay haysteen meeshaas and only a vote out of the elders can get rid of Selebaan gaal not even siilaanyo can get rid of Selebaan gaal . rayaale tried to get rid of selebaan gaal but it failed. reer awdal have enough seats Vice president and 3 ministers and one deputy minister and the head of the police of Somaliland. i would give the harti one more seat since the harti have 3 ministers and one deputy Minister they need one more minister 4 Minister and one deputy minister would be perfect.
