You don't have to limit yourself to just one hobby. Explore different things and see if you like to do different things at once. If you guys have adult recreational learning centers, you can explore their program schedules. They usually offer a lot of great skills like embroidery, pottery, sewing, etc. Maybe learn a trait or two there. Enroll yourself in a dancing school or a self-defense women's class. Utilize Google and search for hobbies you might enjoy. Learn painting, learn a new language, learn cooking, go to your local public library and sign up for a book club. Make time for exercise everyday, even if its a 45 minute stroll around the block. Exercise helps the brain to release endorphines which are natural mood stabilizers, exercising can actually make you feel happy. There's so much to do, you just have to discover these things and pick the ones you like. Also volunteering at a hospital, retirement home, homeless shelter or a soup kitchen is a great way to go. You'll feel a sense of accomplishment and fullfillment. You might also consider doing some internships, depending on whatever field you want to major in. Working without actual pay, but you acquire experience and it looks great on your resume.
And remember to have fun, that should be the key.
