Prime minister farmaajo: Wasting money is forbidden

Postby Coeus » Tue Jan 04, 2011 11:51 am

Somali premier, Mohamed Abdullahi Farmajo has urged his cabinet ministers to keep national property and limit their travel to abroad after they had meeting in the capital Mogadishu yesterday on Sunday, reports said.

The prime minister of the Transitional Federal Government, Mohamed Abdulahi was chairing the meeting that cabinet ministers had yesterday in Mogadishu and he told the ministers to separate national property from the private one.

T.F.G, premier, Mr. also informed ministers that there would no be abroad travel without plane and time that a minister could be out of the country with out reason.

“The minister must have clear document certifying the purpose of his/her trip to abroad and tell the time to return back home,” Somali prime minister said.

This is the first attempt that T.F.G first minister tries to limit foreign trips his ministers and likes to save national asset of Somali people as though others before didn’t in even say words let alone handling something.

It’s not known whether the ministers will see this move as frustration against them or something they endorse as the interest of their home country.
