The Japs have had centuries to form a cohesive, social fabric that binds societies together. They have customs, and laws that have been left untouched. Their structure has always been strong. Meanwhile, African Americans never had this type of structure. They were too busy being slaves, then second class citizens and now forced to live in Ghettos in a white man's country. Haiti was colonized, raped by europeans. The impact of colonialism on a country's psyche should not be underestimated.
