This sick dude was a cop mechanic. He started his killing back in 84 and he stopped in 87 when one of his victim got away. He was scared i guess, so he stopped killing. Anyway, walaahi i want to interview him. What shall i do? Should go visit him in prison and charm him? I could easily create a deep deep psychological profile and possibly unfold why serial killers kill.
