In points? In Championships? In Seasons played? I think Kobe already played more seasons than Jordan. He has the chance to catch up with Jordan in points since he is still fairly young and has couple more seasons in him. That is if he does not have a career ending injury. He has only one championship less than Jordan and the Lakers are currently playing better than any team in the NBA at the moment. So he does have a chance of tying Jordan in that department. But even with all that he will never be able to touch Jordan as that dude holds records in just about everything related to basketball.

what do you mean dude holds records in just about everything related to basketball?

I mean there are some that do have more that preceded him?

Was Jordan over marketed? by the Nike in the 1990's

I guess thats when NBA was commercialised.
