not only galkayo but the whole puntland state is unsafe and very dangerous especially for those with higher status.

Somalia's problems originated from that part of the country and residents there are the most hardcore tribal society in the whole universe. their whole life is circled around tribalism. everything is based according to tribe. if one kills from another tribe, they go and retaliate and kill someone who is totally innocent and who is also among the brightest.

The Sheiks and those who fear Allah must have disagreed with all the Haraam money in the land.

There is no other explaination, The homes of every somali are well known, the cafes they use, the roads they travel and we all know how easy any somali can be targeted. It makes no sense to target a man in a mosque unless:

- The assassin is a coward and wants to catch the individual in their moment of weakness, wouldn't catching them in their sleep be weaker?
- Assassin wants to send a clear message specifically to others who present a similar level of threat and who are found in mosques.
- Assassin wishes to solicit the highest level of retaliation because the aim is to create a self sustaining conflict between two groups.
