Walahi mental illness is a big problem in our community. How many brothers I know that have mental issues that remain untreated.

Theres one somali guy in my area. He strolls the local area, where there are shops, masjid, basic community stuff. I come across him twice, once he pulled a knife on me and another time I come out the masjid and he said to me 'oi wanker why u going mosque? when ur about to go home and watch porn', that was his exact words, i started laughing thinking he was joking . I knew the guy was ill, but was still in shock man. Some focked up shit man.
Sorry but

balance your life, get full sleep, work or go to school, have goals in life, exercise and eat healthy. go to the mosque, have friends. limit the time you spend on internet, tv and video games.

Wow amazing. not only was He not getting ANY sleep, He was not socializing with anybody. He had one roomate he barely talked to, and He spent A LOT of time alone away from people.
But how are hunter-gatherers able to weather life’s storms so effectively? Based on the available research, it seems that the hunter-gatherer lifestyle is profoundly antidepressant. As they go about their daily lives, they naturally wind up doing things that keep them from getting depressed, things that change the brain more powerfully than any medication. These range from exercising regularly and eating plenty of omega-3 fats to belonging to active social networks and getting enough sleep.
